Santa Teresa, Puntarenas
Tucked into a palm grove just steps from the sand, Casa Teca is a house built around teak. Solid timber sofas wrapped in linen, woven seating, and live-edge tables throughout. Each piece was made to honor the wood and the slow pace of the coast it sits beside.
In the open rooms
Slipcovered linen sofas on wood frames, a round live-edge coffee table at the center, and a long wood console set against the wall. The social rooms hold the same hand of warm timber and quiet textile, designed to feel relaxed and lived-in, with the air and the sea always close.
Tropical Living in Motion
A long live-edge dining table set with woven-back chairs, black woven pendants drawn down above, and wooden chaise lounges placed along the pool edge. The outdoor rooms echo the same warmth as the rooms inside, made for unhurried meals and the steady rhythm of the sea.
Bedrooms with a Quiet Presence
Upholstered headboards in cane and patterned linen, bedside stools cut from live-edge timber, and woven-cord benches at the foot of the bed. Hand-shaped clay pendants and table lamps hold a low warmth, made to feel earthy, intimate, and quietly close to the trees outside.
