SENTICA Project in Santa Teresa is a village conceived for living at a slower pace, where architecture opens itself to the landscape and each space follows the natural rhythm of Santa Teresa.
The interiors feel open, honest, and serene, designed to be lived in without distraction, allowing the surroundings to shape the experience.

Custom-designed pieces by ETZ & Co., including the Butaca Sentir, Tulum Chair, and R Stool, are integrated as part of the architecture, reinforcing calm, comfort and visual continuity.

A welcoming sequence that sets the tone from the first step inside. Natural textures, water and filtered light guide the transition between exterior and interior, shaping an atmosphere that feels grounded and intentionally composed.

Furniture is designed to support this transition: present, durable and proportioned to accompany movement rather than interrupt it.

A social space designed to open naturally toward the landscape.

Warm materials and soft light set the tone, while the Sentir Chairs add a quiet, timeless presence.

At the bar, the Sentir Bar stools introduce a deliberate balance between leather, steel and comfort.

Crafted details developed for everyday use within a coastal environment.

By the pool, the Sentica Sunbeds extend the experience outdoorssculptural, calm and made to withstand both climate and time, allowing moments to unfold slowly and without interruption.
